These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GG Radio website at https://ggayperadio.com and any artist submission, promotional or related services offered by AYPE Music trading as GG Radio.
 

By using the website, submitting music or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
 

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or purchase GG Radio services.
 

1. ABOUT GG RADIO
 

GG Radio is an independent online radio station and music-discovery platform supporting independent and emerging artists across a wide range of genres.

GG Radio provides services which may include radio promotion, playlist promotion, Artist Spotlights, social-media promotion and other music-related promotional opportunities.
 

2. WEBSITE USE
 

You may use the GG Radio website for lawful personal or business purposes.

You must not:
 

• Misuse, damage or interfere with the website or its systems

• Attempt to access restricted areas or associated accounts without permission

• Upload malware, viruses or harmful code

• Harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate another person

• Submit material you do not own or have permission to use

• Copy or commercially exploit GG Radio website content without permission

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or another person's rights

GG Radio may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, legal or operational reasons.
 

3. RADIO CONTENT
 

GG Radio broadcasts independent music and may also include:
 

• Station announcements

• Advertisements

• Artist introductions

• Interviews

• Promotional content

• Other radio programming
   

Programming, rotation, featured artists and schedules may change.
 

GG Radio does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or radio stream.
 

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet issues, third-party service failures or circumstances outside GG Radio's reasonable control.

The radio player, Now Playing and Recently Played information may be provided through Live365 or another broadcasting provider.

4. ARTIST SUBMISSIONS
 

Artists may submit music for consideration for services including:
 

• GG Radio promotion

• Playlist promotion

• Artist Spotlights

• Social-media promotion

• Other promotional opportunities
   

Every submission may be reviewed for suitability, genre fit, sound quality, metadata, content and compliance with the selected service.

Submitting music or making payment does not automatically guarantee editorial approval.

Where a service is subject to approval, the artist will be informed whether their submission has been accepted.

GG Radio aims to review submissions within approximately 3–5 working days, although this may occasionally take longer.

5. ARTIST RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS
 

By submitting music, artwork, photographs, biographies, logos, videos or other materials, you confirm that:
 

• You own the material or have permission from the relevant rights holder to use and submit it

• You have the necessary rights to allow GG Radio to use the material for the selected service

• Your submission does not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights

• Information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
   

You grant GG Radio a non-exclusive permission to store, review, reproduce, display, broadcast and promote submitted materials where reasonably necessary to provide the selected service.
 

You retain ownership of your music and other intellectual property.
 

6. AI-ASSISTED OR AI-GENERATED MUSIC
 

Where a track contains AI-generated or AI-assisted material, the artist is responsible for ensuring they hold the commercial rights and permissions required to submit and promote that material.
 

GG Radio may request confirmation of those rights before accepting a submission.
 

GG Radio may decline a submission where appropriate rights cannot reasonably be confirmed.
 

7. PAID ARTIST SERVICES
 

Some GG Radio artist services require payment.
 

Payment may cover services including:
 

• Editorial review

• Suitability assessment

• Administration

• Track preparation

• Metadata checking

• Radio scheduling

• Campaign preparation

• Playlist administration

• Artist Spotlight preparation

• Social-media promotional work
   

The exact services included will be shown in the package description before purchase.
 

The package description and price shown when you order form part of your agreement with GG Radio.
 

8. RADIO AIRPLAY & PROMOTION
 

Approved radio campaigns may include scheduled airplay and promotional support according to the package selected.
 

Where a package includes a specified minimum number or frequency of plays, GG Radio will take reasonable steps to provide that agreed schedule during the approved campaign.
 

Scheduling may occasionally need to change because of:
 

• Technical problems

• Radio programming requirements

• Broadcasting compliance

• Live365 availability

• Circumstances outside GG Radio's reasonable control
   

Where a material issue affects delivery of an agreed paid campaign, GG Radio will take reasonable steps to reschedule or provide an appropriate remedy.
 

9. PLAYLIST PROMOTION
 

Playlist submissions are reviewed for suitability for the relevant GG AYPE playlist.
 

Approved playlist campaigns will receive the placement and associated promotional services described in the selected package.
 

Playlist availability may be affected by third-party platforms such as Spotify.
 

GG Radio is not responsible for platform outages, track removals, account restrictions or policy changes outside its reasonable control.
 

10. ARTIST SPOTLIGHT & SOCIAL PROMOTION
 

Artist Spotlight and social-promotion services may include:
 

• Artist biographies

• Featured tracks

• Artist photographs or artwork

• Website features

• Social-media posts

• Social-media stories

• Links to the artist's music or profiles

• On-air artist introductions
   

GG Radio may make reasonable edits to submitted text for spelling, length, formatting or presentation without materially changing its meaning.
 

Artists are responsible for ensuring all supplied materials are accurate and authorised for promotional use.
 

11. NO GUARANTEE OF COMMERCIAL RESULTS
 

GG Radio provides promotional exposure and music-discovery opportunities.
 

GG Radio does not guarantee a particular number of:
 

• Streams

• Saves

• Followers

• Fans

• Sales

• Royalties

• Social-media views

• Engagement

• Playlist followers

• Industry contacts

• Record deals

• Other commercial outcomes
   

Any station audience or listener figures displayed by GG Radio describe general platform or station reach and do not guarantee that a specific number of listeners will hear or interact with an individual artist campaign.
 

12. PAYMENTS
 

Payments may be processed through third-party providers including Jotform, Stripe, PayPal or other authorised payment services.
 

GG Radio does not normally store full payment-card information directly.
 

The total price of the selected service will be shown before payment.
 

Customers should check their order details before completing payment.
 

13. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
 

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the GG Radio Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
 

Where a service states that unsuccessful submissions are refundable, qualifying declined submissions will be refunded according to the applicable offer and Refund Policy.
 

Where an artist asks GG Radio to begin reviewing, preparing or delivering a service during an applicable cancellation period, cancellation rights and any amount payable for work already completed will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
 

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits statutory consumer rights.
 

UK distance-selling rules generally require businesses to explain cancellation rights and circumstances where a consumer may still have to pay for services already started.
 

14. SERVICE STANDARDS
 

GG Radio will provide paid services with reasonable care and skill.
 

Where no specific completion time has been agreed, services will be performed within a reasonable time.
 

These Terms do not exclude rights that consumers have under UK law in relation to services.
 

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
 

The GG Radio website may contain links to or integrations with services including:
 

• Wix

• Live365

• Jotform

• Spotify

• Apple Music

• TikTok

• Instagram

• Facebook

• YouTube

• Skool

• Stripe

• PayPal
   

These services are operated independently.
 

GG Radio does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, privacy practices, content or policies.
 

Users should review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately.
 

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
 

Unless otherwise stated, the GG Radio name, branding, website text, graphics and original promotional content belong to AYPE Music trading as GG Radio or are used with permission.
 

Music, artist names, photographs, artwork, logos, biographies and other artist materials remain the property of their respective owners.
 

Nothing on the website transfers ownership of intellectual-property rights to GG Radio unless separately agreed in writing.
 

17. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
 

GG Radio aims to keep website and service information reasonably accurate and up to date.
 

However, information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
 

GG Radio may correct, update, replace or remove website content where reasonably necessary.
 

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 

To the extent permitted by law, GG Radio will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from:

• Temporary website or radio outages

• Third-party platform failures

• Technical problems outside our reasonable control

• External links becoming unavailable

• Unforeseeable events outside GG Radio's reasonable control
   

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
 

Consumer terms must remain fair and transparent, and terms attempting to remove responsibility for poor or undelivered services may not be enforceable.
 

19. AGE REQUIREMENTS
 

Artists must be at least 16 years old to independently use GG Radio's artist-submission services.
 

Artists aged 16 or 17 may be required to provide confirmation of permission from a parent, guardian or authorised representative where appropriate.
 

GG Radio may request reasonable evidence of age or permission before accepting or promoting a submission.
 

20. PRIVACY
 

Personal information is handled in accordance with the GG Radio Privacy Policy.
 

Where third-party services process personal information, their own privacy policies may also apply.
 

21. CHANGES TO SERVICES
 

GG Radio may update its website, packages, radio programming, submission processes and promotional services over time.
 

Any significant change to a service already purchased will be dealt with fairly, including reasonable alternatives, rescheduling or another appropriate remedy where required.
 

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
 

GG Radio may update these Terms & Conditions when its services, business practices or legal obligations change.
 

The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
 

For a particular purchase, the terms provided when the order was made will generally apply to that purchase unless the law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law gives an individual the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
